About the Company

Designed Receivable Solutions, Incorporated (DRSI) was formed in Southern California in 2001, and is located on the border of Orange and Los Angeles Counties. The company was founded by two veteran collection agency executives that have spent many years specializing in the healthcare A/R management sector. They shared a vision for creating, from the ground up, a unique and custom-design healthcare receivables management company. They sought to provide solutions with a personal touch, culminating in the creation of DRSI.

The name itself bears out the true purpose of the company; we custom design A/R solutions with our clients specific needs in mind. Every client that we meet is different and unique in their own way, and so too are their A/R needs. The DRSI founders recognized the need to both consult with and learn from prospective clients to understand their particular A/R circumstances. They took note of what was working and what needed attention in the healthcare provider’s business office. With that information in hand, the DRSI model is to assess and provide a meaningful solution; we audit, then design, then implement.

DRSI is a member of the National HFMA and active in the Southern California, Northern California, Arizona and many other local Chapters and Regions throughout the country. In addition, DRSI is a long standing member of the American Collectors Association, the California Association of Collectors, and the California Association of Licensed Investigators.
