CEO/Partner, Gary J. Burdick
Gary began his career in the collection industry from the ground up, beginning as a collector in Buffalo, NY, in the 1970’s. After he completed his formal education he became an integral decision maker for many of the larger collection firms across the country over the past 35 years, including Medaphis, Payco, and Equifax. Gary settled in California in the late 90’s before co-founding DRSI in 2001. Gary thoroughly enjoys a hands-on relationship with DRSI clients and works closely with our sales and operations divisions. When he is at home in Folsom, Gary can be found cruising the highways and bi-ways of California on one of his coveted Harley Davidson motorcycles.
President/Partner, Daniel R. Eder
Dan is a transplant from the Midwest, taking up residence in California from Minnesota in 1981 following his studies at the Minneapolis School of Business in 1978. Dan began his career in collections in 1981 at a fledgling healthcare collection agency that would later become a publicly traded company addressing multiple lines of recovery services. Dan and Gary met in 2000 and set out to create what they knew an ideal A/R management company should be. Dan oversees operations, systems and personnel. When the work is done and it’s time to play, you’ll find Dan behind the drums in his classic rock and roll band.
Director of Operations, Daryl S. Adams
Also a native Californian, Daryl completed his formal education in 1996 and shortly thereafter began his career with one of the largest collection agencies in Southern California at that time, California Professional Services (CPS). Daryl’s talent as a professional and knowledgeable collection manager made him a desirable acquisition for DRSI. Daryl has been instrumental in guiding the day to day operations, handling information and technology, and managing our various recovery solution divisions. An avid outdoorsman, Daryl can often be found on a lake, river or ocean, rod and reel in hand.
At DRSI, our operating team is our family, and we simply cannot overemphasize their importance. Our average tenure among employees is well above the industry average.
